Worship God only. When we worship, God only should other things be in this mind space? When we step away into anxiety and worry and we indulge them they develop in to idols. Well of course we would say we do not have anything before God. However, if you allow our invisible mind to run free with the cares of the world we could get to where our trust in God begins to take second place, which is not good. We must guard our thoughts diligently. Turn them and search for evidence of where our thoughts have taken us. Check your trust level and see what or where the evidence is. Where is your trust gauge? Is your trust level where Yah has said it for it to be? All we need to do is make the choice to turn back and begin to turn our thoughts back to Yah so we can walk closer back to Him. Remember who or whatever occupies your mind the most becomes your God. God can read our thoughts and the inclination of your heart. God is in the thought reading affair or we would say the thought reading business. His ways are not our ways!
